FEATURES: • Kit of 80 grease fittings, including 1/8" 27 PTF and 1/4" 28 SAE-LT fittings • Fittings made from EN-1A steel in accordance with TS16949 approved manufacturing • Fitting profile and dimensions are accurately controlled and conform to SAE, DIN, BS, JIS, and IS standards • Grease fittings are heat treated to SAE J534 spec with hardness on greasing end to a minimum of 83 on Rockwell 15N scale with a case depth of 0.005" (0.13mm) to 0.009" (0.23mm) • Pieces are stored in a sturdy plastic box with individual trays for simple organization This kit contains 80 grease fittings of two different sizes. Of the 1/8" 27 PTF fittings, there are 25 straight, 10 at 45°, and 10 at 90° (SKUs 46035, 46041, and 46044). Of the 1/4" 28 SAE-LT fittings, there are 15 straight, 10 at 45°, and 10 at 90° (SKUs 46000, 46003, and 46006). All fittings are manufactured under the most stringent of quality standards, and are heat treated to ensure long-lasting life.
