Vacuum suction holds the bell in place, even on walls. For removing drilling dust when drilling or cleaning holes. This universal Suction Bell attachment is designed to meet the silica dust control requirements for hand held drilling in OSHA 1926.1153. The Suction Bell is designed to work with drill bits from ¼” up to 1¼” used in a rotary hammer drill. It connects to vacuums with a 1-1/8" to 1-1/2” inlet hose and is specially designed to seal tight to the base material. To fully comply with OSHA requirements a HEPA-FILTERED vacuum for cleaning drill holes is required.
